Meet . . . Pat Appleton

Pat Appleton . . . She was born in Germany (1968) of German and Liberian descent. After starting her studies in political science, she decided that her musical talents would take her further. I, for one, am glad that she made that decision. She has become known as the voice of the legendary group De-Phazz and went on to work with other legendary artists such as Naoki Kenji, and The Nighthawks. Even after her own career took off, she remains connected to De-Phazz and still lends voice and lyrics to the group. Together (as De-Phazz), they have, to date, nine (9) albums, and she has recorded three (3) solo albums. Have a listen and be mesmerized.

Jazz, jazz, and nothing but jazz. Well, mostly.
